susan franklin has lived and worked in england, canada and africa before arriving in australia ten years ago. once here, susan studied for a diploma in fine art from tafe. susan has had three solo exhibitions at the church gallery in claremont and is currently engaged in studio work, experimenting with ways of pushing the boundaries to express aspects of her recurrent theme of landscape painting.
